Key challenges and responsibilities: You will join a strategic performance and data management program. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for decision-makers.

• Model and structure data in a scalable manner (star schemas, complex dataset management).

• Ensure data reliability and quality throughout the analytical pipeline.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into concrete visual and analytical solutions.

• Handle end-to-end issues with a high level of autonomy.

Technical environment: Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling, DAX), SQL. Work is performed directly on the end client's systems.

Your future team: You will be integrated into the on-site consulting team, in a dynamic and demanding environment, with a strong culture of collaboration and results.

About you:

• Strong expertise in Power BI: dashboarding, data modeling, and advanced mastery of DAX.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience managing complex datasets.

• Proven ability to build robust and scalable data models (star schema and others).

• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to drive topics end-to-end without close supervision.

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.

• Experience in banking or financial services is a valued asset.

Contract and compensation: Freelance assignment or fixed-term contract. Desired start date as soon as possible. Initial duration until year-end, with possibility of renewal. Compensation to be determined based on profile and experience.
